We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports the following options:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)

Net Banking

UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Wallets supported by Razorpay

All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.

2. Payment Security

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Cravely does not store your card or banking information. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by Razorpay.

Ensure you follow safe practices while making payments online.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

If the payment fails, the order will not be processed. You may retry the payment or contact us for assistance.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases of spoiled or wrong products, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction via Razorpay.

6. Important Notes

Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment.
